unnamedFlexibility is key!…It prevents injury, increases athletic performace and produces agility. So why don’t we want to stretch? Because it’s boring, it takes away from our workout, it be uncomfortable and basically seems like a waste of time. The thing with stretching is that the benefits aren’t seen right away. It’s easy to do things that give us instant gratification. But, there is nothing like the investment in lone term gratification. So… Let’s stretch for the long term!
