When I start training my clients, I put them through a series of ab ball exercises to test where there core strength lies. It gives me an indication of whether or not they’re ready for kettlebell training right away or whether or not they need some more time creating a good core muscular Foundation. Having strong core will help you in your activities of daily living or sports performance, but and how you carry yourself. Having strong core muscles will give you a very confident look when you stand and walk. It will help you hold your head up high, which will increase your attractiveness towards people when they meet you. You will come across more confident, more self-assured and with a sense of purpose.
