What if I told you to swing a kettlebell for 12mins. without stopping? You would probably think I was crazy! Reguardless of what you think, this is what gets results. Extended swinging builds incredible muscular endurance and changes you on a neuromuscular level. Fat burning is incredible! My recommendation… Start building up on the amount of time you can swing. Watch what happens to your body. Trust me you will be pleased.
