No, I’m not talking about gambling. I’m talking about training 3 times a week! You should at least do this. Now it doesn’t mean you have to train hard those 3 days. Now if you’re an elite athlete I would recommend if typically training 6 days a week that three of those days are your hard days. But trust me make it three days. That’s the minimum amount that will allow your body to see results and accumulate dividends.
