I am a huge advocate of joint mobiliation exercises. Why are they important? Most of our injuries we suffer through training,sports and household activities could be avoided. By incorporating joint mobility exercises we will experience increased athletic performance and freedom from pain. If you already have an injury, joint mobilization exercises will help to rehabilitate the injury. They also are great for providing resiliency for the healthy body.
