J Fit is the fruition of a journey made by Jason McMillan through his relationship with Christ and his passion of sports and physical fitness.  Jason is a NFPT Certified Personal Trainer and has been in the fitness and training industry for the last 19 years. His background in massage therapy and competitive sports, including USA wrestling, gives him a deep understanding of kinesthetic awareness.  His training experience spans  young athletes, beginners and seasoned athletes.

J Fit is run out of Jason’s J Fit gym, 1528 Timberlake Trail, Fort Wayne, IN 46804.  Jason’s specialization is in the art of kettlebells and functional fitness. Jason’s belief is kettlebell training is the most effective, low impact way to burn fat, look and feel great!

Beyond the technical aspects of what Jason does, his priority is, you, the person. His motto is:

“I have a one size approach to training. The person comes first, then the body.”

Individual Client                                             

  • One Session: $60kettle
  • Monthly Rate: $400 – includes 3 sessions/week, meal plan, body and body fat caliper measurements and weight tracking.

Two Clients

  • One Session: $80
  • Monthly Rate: $600 – includes 3 sessions/week, meal plan, body and body fat caliper measurements and weight tracking.

Three Clients

  • One Session: $100
  • Monthly Rate: $800 – includes 3 sessions/week, meal plan, body and body fat caliper measurements and weight tracking.
